Albion Finish Season with Five Straight Wins after Beating Norwich 6-0

Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club, commonly referred to as simply Brighton, finished the season on a high note with a 6-0 victory over Norwich City on Saturday. The win sealed five straight wins for the Seagulls, who finished the season in ninth place in the Premier League.

Neal Maupay opened the scoring for Brighton in the 12th minute, before Danny Welbeck doubled the lead just before half-time. Leandro Trossard made it 3-0 in the 50th minute, and Maupay added his second of the game in the 65th minute. Marc Cucurella scored Brighton's fifth goal in the 73rd minute, and Tariq Lamptey completed the rout in the 83rd minute.

The win was Brighton's biggest of the season, and it was also the first time they had scored six goals in a Premier League game. It was a fitting end to a season that saw the Seagulls finish in the top half of the table for the first time in their history.

Brighton manager Graham Potter was delighted with his team's performance, saying: "It was a great way to finish the season. We played some really good football and created a lot of chances. We were clinical in front of goal and we defended well. It was a really good performance all round."

Brighton's victory over Norwich was also a special moment for Neal Maupay, who scored his 10th goal of the season. It was the French striker's best season in the Premier League, and he was rewarded with a call-up to the France squad for the upcoming Nations League matches.

Brighton's win over Norwich was a fitting end to a successful season for the Seagulls. They finished in the top half of the table for the first time in their history, and they also reached the semi-finals of the FA Cup. Potter has done a great job at Brighton, and he will be looking to build on this season's success next year.
